A love story always has a beginning. As a child, I fell in love with grilled PB&J sandwiches, a rich buttery toasted crunchy bread-ful treat that resonated with my young soul. In October of 2016, following a spell as a cook in the northwoods, I was enjoying an almond-butter and blueberry jam sandwich. It was then I was met with idea that became PB&Jealous: what if we paired craft-grade nut butters with their perfect flavor matches and shared the results? Et voila, the journey had begun.
Shortly thereafter, I recruited the help of dear friends and fellow PB&J-lovers Sam, Ashley and Taylor to help kick-start the sandwich story.
